Roofing Answering Service Integrations: Current Status
Roofing answering service integrations are limited at launch: we offer email summaries, app push alerts, a dashboard and Google Calendar booking. Direct roofing-software connections are planned by demand. Try the demo to inspect the call handling behind those records.

Use call summaries, the dashboard and calendar booking today
Your call records arrive by email and app push and remain available in the dashboard. The receptionist can also book appointments into Google Calendar or collect details for a callback.

The launch workflow gives your office a record to act on after the call. An email and app push notification carry the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording; the dashboard holds call activity, usage and settings. A daily digest email gives you another way to review the day's requests.
Appointment booking into Google Calendar is available when you choose that workflow. If the office schedules visits itself, your receptionist can collect the details instead. You can review the inspection booking process before deciding which approach suits your business.
AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr, Leap and CompanyCam status
AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr, Leap and CompanyCam have no direct connection at launch. If your office uses one of them, call summaries are available for your team to enter manually.
See the details
The status is the same for each named product: AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Roofr, Leap and CompanyCam are not connected at launch. A call summary does not create a record or update an existing job inside those systems. Your team reviews the information and enters what it needs.
Tell us which product you use and where the manual work happens. For example, explain whether your office is creating a new inspection request or adding a message to an existing job. That describes your need without assuming a future connection or delivery date.
Move call details into your existing office routine
Choose someone in your business to review summaries and enter the needed details in your software. Use the transcript or recording when a homeowner's message needs more context.

An office routine can start with the call alert: read the reported issue, confirm the callback details and decide who should respond. Enter the relevant information in your roofing software using your usual process. The transcript and recording let you check a detail that the summary does not fully explain.
For example, a homeowner may call about a crew visit rather than a new inspection. Your team can review that message against the existing job before replying. The receptionist collects the request; your office maintains the job record and makes the scheduling decision.
Tell us which direct connection your office needs
We plan direct connections based on demand. Tell us the software you use and the task you want supported, so your request describes the work a connection would need to do.
See the details
Demand guides which direct connections we plan, so a useful request explains your daily work. Tell us the product name, the information you enter from a roofing call and the step that takes your office's time. Send that request to support@rooferanswering.com.
There is no launch connection or promised delivery date for the named roofing products. Judge the current workflow using email, app push, dashboard review and calendar booking. You can test the receptionist's intake first, then decide whether manual entry fits the way your office manages calls today.
Frequently asked questions
Does Roofer Answering have a direct connection to AccuLynx or JobNimbus?
No direct connection to either product is live at launch. Your receptionist provides call summaries, transcripts and recordings, and your team enters the needed information into its software. If you use AccuLynx or JobNimbus, tell us which task you want a future connection to handle so we can understand the request.
What is the status for Roofr, Leap and CompanyCam?
None of those products has a direct connection at launch. Call records are available through your email alerts and dashboard for your team to review and enter where needed. Direct connections are planned by demand, so describe the product and office task you would want supported when sending a request to us.
Can it book appointments into Google Calendar now?
Yes. Google Calendar appointment booking is a live feature. You provide your business knowledge and booking instructions during onboarding, then test the result before forwarding calls. If you want your office to manage inspection times instead, choose callback intake so the receptionist collects the homeowner's details and reason for the visit.
How do I get call messages without a direct software connection?
Each call generates an email and app push alert containing a summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording. The dashboard also holds your call records, and we send a daily digest email. Your office can review those records and enter the information it needs into the tools you already use for roofing work.
Can I change the receptionist's settings without changing my roofing software?
Yes. The receptionist has its own settings, which you change by telling the AI in plain words. Those instructions cover your business knowledge and handling rules, such as services, area and urgency. They do not update your roofing software, so your office continues to maintain its own job records and scheduling decisions there.
